Meditation isn’t just for adults – it’s for kids too. Meditation has so many physical and psychological benefits for kids – such as lowering stress, calming the mind, helping kids focus more etc and for kids with ADHD, Anxiety, low self esteem ….it’s incredible. So get your kids to have a listen – preferably with headphones.
